据知情人士称，美国私募股权巨头黑石集团正准备出售西班牙酒店投资公司Hotel Investment Partners （HIP），后者价值约65亿欧元（67.7亿美元）。

　　HIP在西班牙、葡萄牙、意大利和希腊拥有73家酒店，2.2万间客房。

　　消息人士称，黑石集团正寻求在今年通过出售其在HIP所持65%的股份或通过首次公开募股（IPO）来剥离这项资产。
