Yuan Junmin resigned as XJ International's (HKG:1765) chief financial officer, effective Thursday, due to a change in work arrangement, a same-day bourse filing said.
The firm named Yang Wen as its new CFO the same day.
To take on the new role, Yang stepped down as the company's chief investment officer and Tan Li was appointed to succeed him in the role.
