BlockBeats 消息，1 月 23 日，据《财富》报道，特朗普此前特赦了丝绸之路（Silk Road）创始人 Ross Ulbricht，结束其近 12 年监禁。2013 年，FBI 缴获了 Ulbricht 持有的 14.4 万枚比特币，美国法警署于 2014 年以每枚 334 美元的价格拍卖，总计获得约 4,800 万美元。按当前价格计算，这些比特币价值约 140 亿美元。风险投资家 Tim Draper 在此次拍卖中购得约 3 万枚比特币。
BlockBeats 此前报道，Coinbase 主管 Conor Grogan 发文称，其在与丝绸之路创始人 Ross Ulbricht 相关的数十个钱包中发现了约 430 枚 BTC，这些钱包当年没有被美国政府没收，并且已经 13 年多没有被移动过，当时这些地址可能只是“灰尘钱包”（指钱包内金额过少而不被在意），现在它们总共价值约 4700 万美元。如果 Ross Ulbricht 还能找到私钥的话，可能会找回这部分资产。
