Powerlong Commercial Management Holdings (HKG:9909) appointed Xu Meng as its chief executive officer effective Tuesday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The appointment followed Chairman Hoi Wa Fong's resignation from the CEO post.
Xu Meng, who joined the group this month, was general manager of the Eastern China region of Longfor Group's (HKG:0960) commercial division from June 2022 to January 2025.
