消息面上，MINDTELL TECH发布公告，于2025年1月22日(交易时段后)，本公司与耿楠先生及赵宝琴女士订立意向书，内容有关可能合作的讨论。根据意向书条款，可能合作包括但不限于收购河南丽轩网络的全部股权。此外，董事会建议采纳中文名称“九福来国际控股有限公司”作为本公司的双重外文名称。
董事会认为，意向书项下拟进行的可能合作一旦落实，可协助本集团扩大及加强其业务。由于河南丽轩网络于提供资讯科技服务方面拥有丰富经验，可能合作亦增强本集团在系统整合及电脑相关服务方面的专业知识。此外，本集团可利用河南丽轩网络与医疗领域的联系，将业务拓展至提供医疗相关商品，同时继续利用本集团在系统整合及资讯科技方面的专业知识。
