1月24日金融一线消息，杭州银行发布公告显示，新华保险拟以协议转让方式收购澳洲联邦银行持有的杭州银行329，638，400股股份。本次权益变动完成后，新华保险持有杭州银行的股份数量将占杭州银行股本总额的5.87%。本次协议转让股份事项尚待依法履行监管审批程序。
