地政总署公布沙田大围美田路住宅用地共收到6份标书，当中信置(00083.HK) 、新地(00016.HK) 及建灏地产独资入标，另外长实(01113.HK) 及中国海外(00688.HK) 亦有入标。
建灏地产行政总监林绮华表示，是次的地皮规模不算大，虽然地皮距离大围站较远，但区内有住宅区，而且发展成熟。对于本港未来楼市发展，她指项目需要数年时间才可落成，希望届时楼市会有改善。
该地皮位于沙田市地段第651号，邻近美松苑及美柏苑等居屋。地皮地盘面积约3.88万平方呎，可建楼面面积约19.38万平方呎，预计可建约360伙。市场估值介乎约5.6亿至6亿元，相当于每呎楼面地价约2,900元至3,000元。(sl/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-01-24 16:25。)
