智通财经APP讯，天保能源(01671)发布公告，于2025年1月24日，公司全资附属公司天保新能(作为发包人)与天津安捷(作为承包人)订立EPC合约。根据EPC合约，天津安捷将向天保新能提供分布式光伏项目的EPC总包服务。EPC合约项下的合约价款不超过人民币1009.612万元(含税)，具体以实际装机容量为准。
公告称，订立EPC合约将有助于公司顺利开展分布式光伏项目，预计该项目将为公司带来良好的投资回报。公司将顺应能源行业发展趋势，进一步拓展新能源发电业务，落实“十四五”发展战略规划，为股东带来更多回报。
