智通财经APP讯，大丰港(08310)公布，预期2024年实现收益约7.817亿港元，同比减少32.50%;净亏损约4780万港元，而2023年溢利约5350万港元。
公告称，预期业绩下滑主要由于下列原因： 集团贸易业务产生的收益由2023财年约11.42亿港元减少32.70%至2024财年约7.685亿港元。该减少乃归因于国有资产监督管理委员会颁布的新监管政策导致集团减少与其若干国有企业大客户的贸易业务规模;及集团于2023财年就出售于江苏盐城港海融石化码头有限公司的40%股权确认一次性收益约1.089亿港元，而于2024财年并无确认该出售收益。
