粉笔重续三项关联交易协议 期限为三年
财中社1月24日电粉笔（02469）发布公告，宣布与相关方重续三项持续关联交易协议，包括新云服务及技术服务框架协议、新支付服务框架协议和新印刷服务框架协议。这些协议自2025年1月1日起生效，期限为三年，旨在延续现有服务，确保业务的稳定性和持续发展。
根据公告，云服务及技术服务框架协议的年度上限分别为2000万元、2400万元和2800万元。支付服务框架协议的年度上限为1500万元、1800万元和2200万元，而印刷服务框架协议的年度上限为2500万元、3000万元和3500万元。
重续这些协议的主要原因是为了确保服务的稳定供应，降低更换供应商的潜在成本和风险。此外，随着业务的扩展和用户数量的增加，对云服务和支付服务的需求也在不断上升。董事会认为，新协议的条款公平合理，符合公司的整体利益。
