智通财经APP讯，华宝国际(00336)发布公告，本公司的附属公司华宝香精股份有限公司(华宝股份)(300741.SZ)预计2024年度营业收入13亿元-14.8亿元，归属于华宝股份股东的净亏损2.6亿元-3.9亿元。
2024年度，因华宝股份主要客户需求变化、采购政策调整及自主调香等因素影响，华宝股份营业收入规模有所下降。根据企业会计准则及华宝股份相关会计政策规定，华宝股份对上述影响进行审慎评估，并对食用香精-烟草用香精相关资产组商誉减值进行测算，预计本年度计提商誉减值金额约为人民币4.8-5.3亿元。除商誉减值损失外，华宝股份存货、应收款项及生物性资产等预计计提信用和资产减值对净利润影响金额预计为人民币0.8-1.2亿元。截至目前相关减值测试尚在进行中，最终计提金额将由华宝股份聘请的评估机构及审计机构进行评估和审计后确定。
