智通财经APP讯，昭衍新药(06127)发布公告，预计2024年实现营业收入约人民币19.17亿元到21.19亿元，同比下降约10.8%到19.3%。预计2024年实现归属于公司股东的净利润约人民币5868.80万元到8803.20万元，同比下降约77.8%到85.2%。预计2024年实现归属于公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润约人民币1789.20万元到2683.80万元，同比下降约92.0%到94.7%。
公告称，报告期内公司实验室保持良好的运营状态，但受行业竞争加剧影响，签单压力增大，订单价格下降，利润空间被压缩，导致毛利率同比降低，实验室服务业务净利润相应下降。此外，报告期内公司持有的生物资产市场价格下降，致使生物资产公允价值变动对业绩产生了消极影响。
