丹麦制药巨头诺和诺德公司（Novo Nordisk）的股价周五大幅上涨，此前该公司公布了其每周一次的减重药物“胰肽”（Amycretin）的早期试验结果。

　　试验表明，这种通过注射进行的治疗在36周后使肥胖和超重患者的体重平均减轻了22%。相比之下，同一时期服用安慰剂的患者体重增加了2.0%。

　　截至发稿，该股上涨13.65%。这使得该股有望创下自2023年8月以来的最大单日涨幅。

　　丹麦同为减肥药生产商的西兰制药（Zealand Pharma）股价也走高，上涨4.7%。

　　Amycretin针对的是与Wegovy相似的一种名为GLP-1的肠道激素，以及一种名为amylin的胰腺激素，它会影响饥饿感。Wegovy是诺和诺德的旗舰减肥药，而Ozempic是其糖尿病治疗药物。

　　该试验在125名超重或肥胖患者中进行，最常见的副作用是胃肠道，绝大多数是“轻度到中度的严重程度”。

　　诺和诺德负责研发的执行副总裁马丁·兰格（Martin Lange）在一份声明中说：“我们对超重或肥胖人群皮下注射胰酶1b/2a期的结果感到非常鼓舞。”

　　“在试验中看到的结果支持这种新型单分子GLP-1和amylin受体激动剂（amycretin）的减肥潜力，我们之前在口服配方中看到过。”

　　Novo也在开发一种胰泌素减肥药。9月份公布的早期试验显示，12周后平均体重减轻了13.1%。该公司当时表示，该疗法对患者来说是安全且可耐受的，但存在轻度至中度的副作用。
