近日，昆明怡景园度假酒店有限责任公司在云南省公共资源交易信息网发布“昆明滇池度假区怡景园酒店改造项目设计、施工总承包（EPC）”公告，标志着改造项目正式启动，并进入前期设计、施工招标阶段。

根据公告来看，该项目位于滇池路1288号，总用地面积为78889.84 平方米（约118.33亩），总建筑面积为50826.47平方米，其中地上总建筑面积44359.99平方米，地下6466.48平方米。

早在2024年2月，云南省公共资源交易信息网就发布了昆明怡景园度假酒店提升改造项目概念性方案设计服务招标公告。当时的公告显示，怡景园酒店引入了英迪格、VOCO两个洲际酒店集团旗下的高端酒店品牌。

放眼整个昆明市场，老牌酒店改造成为一股热潮。

随着大批的老牌酒店“剧本杀青”，昆明酒店市场正在源源不断地涌入新鲜力量，不久的将来，昆明高端酒店或将迎来一波开业潮。

作为省会城市，昆明每年都吸引着大量的国内外游客前来观光旅游，也成功举办了多项国际性和全国性的展会，这对酒店的住宿和接待能力提出了更高的要求，随着大批高端酒店涌入，昆明的城市活力也将进一步被激发。
