H&H国际控股宣布接纳2.75亿美元优先票据要约
财中社1月22日电H&H国际控股（01112）发布公告，公司于2025年1月22日宣布了有关2026年到期13.5%优先票据的提交要约结果。根据公告，提交要约于2025年1月21日下午4时（伦敦时间）截止，公司将接纳所有有效提交的2026年票据，并且不设最高接纳金额。新票据的本金总额为3亿美元，而合资格持有人有效提交并获接纳的票据本金总额为2.75亿美元。
预计提交要约的交割日将大约在2025年1月24日。届时，公司将向获接纳的合资格持有人支付购买价，每1000美元本金的2026年票据按购买价1098美元购买。同时，公司将支付自2024年12月26日起至交割日的应计利息，总额为289万美元。交割后，仍将有2471万美元的2026年票据本金未偿还。
