【又一家外资独资期货公司！摩根士丹利期货正式开业】金十期货1月22日讯，1月22日，摩根士丹利宣布，其全资子公司摩根士丹利期货（中国）有限公司已正式开始展业，主要提供中国境内商品期货经纪业务。摩根士丹利期货2023年5月获准设立，经过一年多筹备，如今终于正式开业。继摩根大通期货后，摩根士丹利期货成为国内第二家外资独资期货公司。期货行业方面，目前共有三家外资全资或控股期货公司，分别为摩根大通期货、摩根士丹利期货和瑞银期货。“外资期货公司背靠大型国际金融集团，通常会更加专注于为集团海外客户提供服务，在跨市场交易等方面具备较强优势，能够帮助吸引海外机构客户，从而推动整个中国期货市场的国际化发展。”有业内人士指出。
