割肉与辉同行 东方甄选由盈转亏 新东方大跌23%
快科技1月21日消息，东方甄选刚刚公布了2024年6月至2024年11月的2025财年中期业绩。
报告显示，在截至2024年11月30日的半年内，东方甄选核心业务净亏损达9650.3万元，与上年同期盈利1.6亿元相比，出现了由盈转亏现象。
新东方业绩受到东方甄选拖累，股价大跌23%。
值得注意的是，东方甄选提到，如果排除2023年7月25日出售子公司“与辉同行”所带来的一次性财务影响，那么在本报告期间，东方甄选的核心业务实际上是实现了3270万元的盈利。
东方甄选CEO俞敏洪表示，“2025财年是东方甄选成立的三周年，我想对那些在过去三年中给予我们信任的伙伴表达最诚挚的感谢，感谢您陪伴我们面对种种挑战。”
俞敏洪还称，“我们的战略定位明确且清晰。我们希望打造东方甄选品牌的‘百年老店’，短期的波折并不能影响我们团队的初心和决心。”
回顾去年7月发生的一件大事：当时，东方甄选通过港交所发布公告宣布董宇辉离职，并随后完成了“与辉同行”的出售，交易金额为7658.55万元。
根据东方甄选去年8月公布的2024财年（2023年6月1日至204年5月31日）业绩报告显示，与辉同行2024财年净利润为1.41亿元人民币，其中1.29亿元分配给董宇辉，其余1200万元由与辉同行保留。
