恒隆地产2024年度股东应占纯利21.53亿港元 同比下降45.77%

  恒隆地产(00101)发布公告,2024年度的全年业绩显示,公司总收入为112.42亿港元,较2023年的103.16亿港元上升了9%。其中,租赁收入为95.15亿港元,较去年减少6%;物业销售收入为15.38亿港元,较2023年无收入有显著增长。整体营业溢利则下跌13%至64.55亿港元,主要受到香港及内地零售和办公楼租赁市场疲弱的影响。

  股东应占基本纯利为30.95亿港元,较去年下降25%,相应每股基本盈利降至0.67港元。此外,公司在2024年还录得9.42亿港元的股东应占物业净重估亏损,导致股东应占纯利降至21.53亿港元,较去年的39.70亿港元下降45.77%,相应每股盈利为0.46港元。由于财务费用增加及租赁营业溢利减少,公司的整体财务表现受到压力。公司董事会建议派发2024年度末期股息每股0.4港元,较去年0.6港元有所减少。
