恒隆地产2024年度股东应占纯利21.53亿港元 同比下降45.77%
恒隆地产（00101）发布公告，2024年度的全年业绩显示，公司总收入为112.42亿港元，较2023年的103.16亿港元上升了9%。其中，租赁收入为95.15亿港元，较去年减少6%；物业销售收入为15.38亿港元，较2023年无收入有显著增长。整体营业溢利则下跌13%至64.55亿港元，主要受到香港及内地零售和办公楼租赁市场疲弱的影响。
股东应占基本纯利为30.95亿港元，较去年下降25%，相应每股基本盈利降至0.67港元。此外，公司在2024年还录得9.42亿港元的股东应占物业净重估亏损，导致股东应占纯利降至21.53亿港元，较去年的39.70亿港元下降45.77%，相应每股盈利为0.46港元。由于财务费用增加及租赁营业溢利减少，公司的整体财务表现受到压力。公司董事会建议派发2024年度末期股息每股0.4港元，较去年0.6港元有所减少。
