智通财经APP讯，艾伯科技(02708)发布公告，根据高等法院于2024年12月4日所作的命令，黎嘉恩及陈文海获委任为公司的清盘人。
自委任清盘人以来，清盘人在持续采取措施以确定公司于其清盘前的业务运营状况，目前正在审阅从公司可获得的账簿及记录。
清盘人专注调查公司的业务及事务，采取强制措施维护集团的资产，并积极寻求公司满足复牌指引及恢复股份买卖的重组方案，务求向集团债权人及其他持份者返还价值。清盘人亦在积极寻找投资者，但尚未订立任何正式或具有法律约束力的协议。
但考虑到公司的债务水准以及集团业务及营运所面临的严峻挑战，包括公司处于清盘中及在有限时间内(不足十个月)制定并向联交所提交可行的复牌计划，需要各方展现出与清盘人合作的意愿，以实现集团的成功重组，并恢复公司股份的买卖。清盘人欢迎任何有意参与公司或集团重组的潜在投资者与其联络，电邮地址为projectibo@deloitte.com.hk。
