智通财经APP讯，中国碳中和(01372)发布公告，于2025年1月23日，董事会决议授予五名合资格参与者共计2000万份股票购股权，以认购公司股本中合共2000万股每股面值为0.01港元的新普通股，根据公司于2016年3月29日采纳的购股权计划，但须受(包括但不限于)受授人的接受。
根据授予的购股权，500万份购股权授予集团的执行董事兼主席钟国兴先生;500万份购股权授予集团的非执行董事耿志远先生;500万份购股权授予集团高级副总裁张雁先生;300万份购股权授予集团子公司副总裁李蓓女士;及200万份购股权授予集团的执行董事兼行政总裁邸灵先生。
