声通科技完成H股全流通 1544万股转化上市
财中社1月23日电声通科技（02495）发布公告，宣布完成H股全流通。根据公告，1544万股非上市股份已按一比一基准转化为H股，并于2025年1月23日完成。转化后的H股将于2025年1月24日上午九时起在联交所上市。根据相关法律规定，持有本公司股份的股东在上市后12个月内不得出售股份，因此参与H股全流通的股东在2025年7月10日前无法买卖已转化的H股。
公告中还详细列出了转化及上市完成后的股本结构。在转化完成前，非上市股份数量为2243万股，占比63.15%；而H股数量为1309万股，占比36.85%。转化完成后，非上市股份数量减少至700万股，占比19.7%，H股数量增加至2853万股，占比80.3%。总股本保持不变，依然为3552万股。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖证券时需谨慎行事。
