Aluminum Corp. of China or Chalco (HKG:2600, SHA:601600) expects a net profit attributable to shareholders of around 12 billion yuan and 13 billion yuan for 2024, representing a 79% to 94% year-on-year increase from 6.70 billion yuan in 2023.
The Chinese aluminum giant attributed the forecast to its high operating performance, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
