智通财经APP获悉，卓悦控股(00653)自1月16日起连续暴涨，今日盘中一度涨超30%。午后该股放量闪崩，股价转跌逾52%，低见0.23港元，回吐1月17日至今全部涨幅。截至发稿，跌45.37%，报0.295港元，成交额6558.76万港元。
消息面上，1月13日，卓悦控股根据2024年11月12日与控股股东陈健文签订的认购协议，正式发行2.1亿股普通股。此次认购将以抵销部分偿还金额的方式完成，即3318万港元的股东贷款将被视为已获偿还。
值得注意的是，卓悦控股近期频繁发生大额仓位异动。1月14日，卓悦控股出现大额存单动作，当日向万利证券转入17.53%股份。而1月16日、1月17日、1月20日均出现转仓动作，均从渼丰转出，累计转出超21%股份。
