　　消息面上，该公司在1月20日发布公告称，公司的附属公司与海南丰和汇电商有限公司于1月19日，就有关集团可能与丰和汇的潜在策略性合作计划订立不具法律约束力的合作备忘录，代表协议双方的初步共识，可能的合作须待协议双方订立正式合作协议后落实。
