《南华早报》报道，优必选(09880.HK) 首席品牌官谭旻表示，公司计划在今年底前开始量产人形机器人，将向客户及合作伙伴交付约500至1,000部Walker S系列工业人形机器人，客户包括车厂、苹果(AAPL.US) 供应商鸿海以及顺丰(06936.HK) 。
谭旻表示，虽然公司的最终目标是将人形机器人带入每个家庭，但目前的主要重点仍然是工业机器人，因工厂需要人形机器人来解决人力资源短缺的挑战。
他续指，优必选计划今年交付的人形机器人当中，有超过60%是即将于第二季推出的Walker S2，而Walker S3的更新型号将在今年稍后推出。
