　　浙江沪杭甬（00576）发布公告，浙商证券股份有限公司（601878.SH）（以下简称“公司”）监事会近日收到职工代表监事赵伟江先生的书面辞职报告，赵伟江先生因到达法定退休年龄辞去职工代表监事职务。

　　为保证监事会正常运作，公司及时履行了职工代表监事补选程序。近日，公司召开职工代表大会进行职工代表监事选举。2025年1月23日，公司第四届职工代表大会通过差额选举的方式补选杨旭为职工代表监事。
