中国儒意(00136.HK) 公布，向阳光保险(06963.HK) 旗下阳光人寿及天风证券(601162.SH) 旗下TFI Investment配售11.45亿股，每股作价2.37元，较昨日(27日)收市价2.42元折让约2.07%，所得款项净额料约为27.12亿元。此外，公司配售最多4.91亿股，每股作价2.37元，所得款项净额料约为11.58亿元。
上述两项交易之所得款项净额将合共约为38.7亿元，当中约90%拟用作业务增长及扩张，包括内容制作、购买剧本及版权及购买影视节目版权，以及整合业务之上下游资源；约10%用作一般营运资金用途。
