　　星巴克将于周二公布财报。市场预期其可比销售额将出现连续第四个季度的下降，那将使期待新任首席执行官Brian Niccol努力扭转局面的投资者又一次遭到打击。

　　Niccol于四个月前担任星巴克CEO。他提出了一系列措施，以改善这家咖啡连锁店因美国和中国竞争加剧和需求疲软而受到打击的业务。

　　星巴克公司在2024年10月取消对2025财年的预测，并执行了Niccol提出的、包括减少等待时间和实施“咖啡馆行为准则（即要求客户在使用洗手间或登录店内Wi-Fi时下订单）” 等战略。

　　今年1月初，星巴克还表示将裁员并精简管理层、专注于通过增加商店营业时间来改善店内运营，以实现Niccol提出的等待时间少于4分钟的目标。

　　Stifel分析师Chris O‘Cull说：“投资者之间的一个关键争论是，客户和员工体验是否可以在几个季度或几年内得到改善。我们属于肯定者阵营，并受到最初变化的鼓舞。“他认为星巴克可以在几个季度内恢复客流量。

　　但星巴克公司这个季度可能不会看到预期结果。

　　根据伦敦证券交易所集团（LSEG）汇编的估计，预计星巴克第一季度的同家门店销售额将下降4.6%，而利润将下降约26%，这将是连续第四个季度下降。
