智通财经APP讯，和铂医药-B(02142)发布公告，董事会获公司执行董事、首席执行官兼董事会董事长王劲松告知，其已于2025年1月27日于公开市场购买合共40万股公司普通股，每股股份平均价格为约3.5港元，占公司已发行股份总数之约0.052%。紧随购买后，王博士于合共7029.74万股股份中拥有权益，占于本公告日期公司已发行股本总额之9.212%。
王博士表示，其对集团的整体发展前景及潜在增长充满信心。在遵守适用法律及监管规定的情况下，王博士不排除在适当时候进一步增持公司股份。
