1月26日晚间，@微博管理员 发布微博热搜榜算法升级公告：站方近期接到用户反馈，认为部分在榜单高位呈现的热词，未达到被公众广泛关注的体感，或存在公共讨论价值相对不足的问题。针对用户反馈的问题，站方对微博热搜算法进行了优化升级，进一步强化热搜榜单的公众属性和正确价值导向。根据公示，本次升级在热搜算法中引入公众性指标，并进一步调整热搜主榜管理规则。热搜算法升级后，榜单前十位的内容将更加注重公众属性，聚焦覆盖更广泛人群、具有更高社会讨论价值的热点。
