Macro Intelligence 2 Partners also notes that gold's recent slumber -- it has dipped 0.2% since peaking on Oct. 30 -- likely caused investors to sell in favor of other assets. "With the price starting to show signs of life again...if these sellers want their positions back, they are going to have to chase the price," the firm writes.
