【数据：截至本月加密行业开放职位数量达5,154个，已恢复至2022年峰值水平】1月27日消息，TrueUp数据显示，截至2025年1月，加密行业开放职位数量达5,154个，较2023年底增长超40%。其中，OKX、Crypto.com和币安分别开放473、399和361个职位。招聘需求主要集中在营销、人才招聘和企业发展等领域。 招聘咨询公司Intersection Growth Partners合伙人Scott Fletcher表示，在新政府支持下，加密招聘已恢复至2022年峰值水平。传统金融机构也开始布局加密业务，摩根士丹利等机构表示将与监管机构合作开展加密服务。此外，随着Stripe以11亿美元收购Bridge，以及Robinhood以2亿美元收购Bitstamp，业内预计并购活动将进一步增加。
