智通财经APP讯，领地控股(06999)发布公告，于2025年1月27日，卖方驻马店盛世伟光房地产开发有限公司(公司的附属公司)与买方驻马店正誉房地产有限公司订立转让协议，卖方已同意出售，而买方已同意购买该土地。
据悉，该土地位于中国河南省驻马店市驿城区张台路与建设大道交叉口东北侧。该土地的编号为豫(2020)驻马店市不动产权第0003408号，已获批准作住宅及商业用途。该土地总面积为7.06万平方米。于本公告日期，该土地尚未开发。
本集团主要于中国从事住宅及商业物业的开发和销售。本集团于2018年透过公开挂牌程序收购该土地，并拟于该土地上开发住宅及商业物业。然而，由于中国房地产行业低迷及本集团采取更严格及审慎的发展策略，该土地于本公告日期仍未开发。自2021年以来，中国的房地产开发商经历房地产行业的大幅下滑。2025年，全球市场预期将持续震荡，中国经济继续面临巨大挑战。经考虑驻马店市的市况及宏观经济环境后，董事认为开发该土地并不符合本公司的利益。本公司相信，出售事项提供机会收回大部分先前投资及避免进一步开支，并将优化本集团的资源利用。
