领地控股(06999.HK) 公布，今日以9,529.72万元人民币出售驻马店市驿城区一块土地，买家是一间主要从事房地产开发的国有公司。集团预期出售事项将录得亏损约4,100万元人民币。
该土地位于河南省驻马店市驿城区张台路与建设大道交叉口东北侧，已获批准作住宅及商业用途。该土地总面积约为7.06万平方米。目前该土地尚未开发。
集团认为，经考虑驻马店市的市况及宏观经济环境后，董事认为开发该土地并不符合公司的利益。公司相信，出售事项提供机会收回大部分先前投资及避免进一步开支，并将优化集团的资源利用。土地代价所得款项将用于支持集团保交楼项目，长远而言将有利于集团的未来发展。(sl/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
