智通财经APP讯，龙光集团(03380)发布公告，本公司于2025年1月10日与债权人小组订立整体CSA后，在短短两星期内，已获得境外债权人对整体重组方案的大力支持。截至2025年1月27日，持有本公司“境外债务”本金总额其中的62.07亿美元(包括现有票据、股本挂钩证券(ELS)、现有贷款以及结构性融资及担保债务)，超过66%的同意债权人已加入整体CSA。
除上述同意债权人以外，持有本公司“境外债务”本金总额其中的62.07亿美元债务本金(计算方式同上)，超过12%的其他境外债权人已明确表示支持整体重组方案，会尽快加入整体CSA。然而，由于该等债权人需要更多时间完成其内部审批程序及中国农历新年假期临近，应其要求与建议，本公司将早鸟CSA费用截止日期延长至2025年2月12日下午五时正(香港时间)，一般CSA费用截止日期保持不变(目前安排在2025年2月27日下午五时正(香港时间))。
根据境外债权人对整体CSA支持情况，本公司已准备向香港特别行政区高等法院申请批准召开安排计划债权人会议，加快推进境外债务整体重组方案实施落地，保护境外债权人整体利益。本公司诚挚邀请所有尚未加入整体CSA的境外债权人尽快加入整体CSA。
