智通财经APP讯，彩生活(01778)发布公告，公司建议按合资格股东于记录日期每持有4股现有股份获发1股供股股份的基准，以认购价每股供股股份0.165港元进行供股，(i)透过发行最多3.72亿股供股股份(假设于记录日期或之前并无任何已归属购股权获行使及已发行股份数目并无变动)，筹集所得款项总额最多约6136万港元;或(ii)发行最多3.81亿股供股股份(假设于记录日期或之前所有已归属购股权已获行使及已发行股份数目并无任何其他变动)，筹集所得款项总额最多约6280万港元。
供股所得款项净额估计最多为(i)约6036万港元;或(ii)约6180万港元。公司拟将供股所得款项净额用于：集团的一般营运资金;将人工智能技术应用于集团的社区营运及大数据建设，以提高集团的服务效率;发展集团的社区增值服务;及营运资金储备。
