BlockBeats 消息，1 月 26 日，TRON 创始人、HTX 全球顾问委员会成员 Justin Sun 转发 Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong 有关上币申请讨论推文时表示，“一个典型的例子是 Coinbase 的上币流程：作为全球前十的加密货币之一，Tron（TRX）已经被 Coinbase 审查上市长达七年。在此期间，TRX 的价格创下新高，美国总统开始购买 TRX，且一只 TRX ETF 即将获批。
那么，Coinbase 会在 TRX 登陆纽约证券交易所（NYSE）和纳斯达克（Nasdaq）后最终将其上线，还是永远不会上线？这与 TRX 本身无关，而是反映了 Coinbase 在新项目上市方面失去了最基本的公平性和行业判断力。”
BlockBeats 此前报道，2024 年 11 月 4 日，Justin Sun 在其社交平台表示，Coinbase 要求我们支付 5 亿 TRX（价值 8000 万美元），并要求在 Coinbase Custody 中存入 2.5 亿美元比特币以提高其性能。与之对比的是，Binance 未向其收取上币费。
