智通财经APP获悉，马鞍山钢铁股份(00323)早盘一度跌超5%，截至发稿，跌2.73%，报1.78港元，成交额2525.38万港元。
消息面上，马鞍山钢铁股份发盈警，预计2024年度实现归属于上市公司股东的净亏损为人民币45.97亿元左右，与上年同期相比，将增加亏损人民币32.70亿元左右。归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净亏损为人民币41.67亿元左右，与上年同期相比，将增加亏损人民币24.47亿元左右。2024年，受市场供需失衡、钢材价格低位、原料成本高企等因素影响，钢铁行业正常利润空间持续受到严重挤压，钢铁企业生产经营压力巨大。
另外，公司公布，1月24日，公司与全资子公司马鞍山钢铁有限公司(马钢有限)在安徽省马鞍山市签署《增资协议》，公司拟将本部钢铁主业资产(不含已停产的3#高炉)、负债、人员、业务，所持15家全资及控股子公司的股权及所持3家参股公司的股权整体增资划转进入马钢有限。以2024年7月31日为基准日，经审计，公司拟增资的资产总计人民币569.4亿元，负债总计人民币462.7亿元，净资产总计人民币106.7亿元。
