濠暻科技(02440.HK) 获9gag创办人陈展程入股，今日(27日)股价高开363.41%，最高见3.8元。现报2.79元，升240.24%，成交9,471.42万股，涉资8,493.71万元。
濠暻科技公布，陈展程以每股0.889元向主席陈平及王者师夫妇，以及多位现任股东收购共1.57亿股或70.11%濠暻科技，涉资1.4亿元。濠暻科技称，未有就陈展程注入任何资产或业务而订立任何协议，虽然今次收购触发强制性无条件现金要约，但陈展程一方在要约结束后维持股份于主板的上市地位，会采取适当措施确保足够公众持股量。(mn/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
