中远海能业绩飙升，员工薪酬反降，董事长薪酬增长引关注！

根据2023年的数据，中远海能这家企业展现出了公司业绩稳步增长的态势，然而其员工平均薪酬却有所下降，与此同时，董事长的薪酬却有所增长。
作为中国远洋海运集团旗下的专业化能源运输公司，中远海能专注于油品、液化天然气（LNG）及化学品运输，是中国LNG运输业务的佼佼者，并积极拓展新能源运输业务。
从更具参考价值的扣非净利润指标来看，东财Choice数据显示，中远海能2022年的扣非净利润为13.91亿元，而到了2023年，这一数值大幅增长了197.31%，达到了41.34亿元。
然而，在公司业绩增长的背景下，中远海能的员工平均薪酬却由41.0万元降至39.9万元，减少了10925.46元。而从员工总数来看，由2022年度的8384名减少至2023年度的7911名。
值得注意的现象，中远海能董事长的薪酬却有所增长，任永强2023年的薪酬为215.4万元，较2022年微增0.03%。
