海峡石油化工(00852.HK) 公布，于1月25日，王岐虹已获委任为董事会主席，并已获委任为提名委员会主席及审核委员会成员。另外，在等待正式确认姚国梁辞去首席执行官已最终且不可撤销生效期间，姚国梁作为公司首席执行官的行政职务已被即时暂停；谭笑及马毅分别担任公司联席首席执行官及首席营运官的行政职务已被即时暂停。
此举主要是由于董事会了解到2020年由法国金融市场管理局对姚国梁处以100万欧元内幕交易罚款，并于2023年由法国上诉法院维持该决定后，联交所对姚国梁是否有资格影响一家于香港的上市公司的管理提出了严重的监管担忧。(ha/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
