华福证券指出，分地区来看，北方地区气温下降，逐步进入淡季，同时错峰停窑使供给端减少；南方地区，12月开始气温下降较为明显，拖累水泥需求阶段性走弱。但中长期看，考虑到房地产市场需求逐渐企稳，稳增长政策发力下基建有望修复，以及在保税收压力下供给侧改革进度有望提速，预计后续水泥价格将保持企稳回升势态。
据悉，华润水泥核心区域为两广地区。国泰君安发布研报称，四季度旺季错峰提价背景下，华润水泥的水泥出货降幅相较于Q3或略有扩大，伴随11月以来提价落实度提升，预计吨毛利环比显著改善至55-60元区间；骨料伴随环保停产等因素排除，第四季度发货及盈利或环比有所改善。
