智通财经APP获悉，融创中国(01918)升4%，截至发稿，涨4%，报1.56港元，成交额2.18亿港元。
消息面上，融创中国公布，北京融创壹号院项目完成债务重组，根据债务重组协议，中诚信托确认集团之前已支付的16.35亿元用于清偿本金，即中诚信托债务本金额自68.322亿元降低至51.972亿元。此外，集团获得违约金的全部减免，重组后的债务还款期限为4年，即最终还款期至2029年1月。
据悉，2024年，融创与中信金融资产合作开发的首个项目上海外滩壹号院，半年内三开三罄，取得215亿元的好成绩。今年1月，融创与中信金融资产联袂打造的上海壹号院开盘当日劲销66亿元，去化率超96%。
