消息面上，和铂医药公告，1月23日，公司耗资321.9万港元回购102万股；1月22日，耗资38.7万港元回购12.9万股；1月21日，耗资32.2万港元回购11万股；1月16日，斥资158.94万港元回购60万股。据悉，今年1月2日，和铂医药发布公告，根据购回授权，其拟不时于公开市场上购回价值不超过4000万港元的股份。
此外，和铂医药近期宣布，与科伦博泰就HBM9378/SKB378与WindwardBio签订许可协议。WindwardBio获得HBM9378/SKB378在全球范围内（不包括大中华区以及部分东南亚及西亚国家）进行研究、开发、生产和商业化的独家授权。授权方有权收取最多合共9.7亿美元预付款及里程碑付款以及占净销售额个位数到双位数百分比的分层特许权使用费。
