　　花旗发布研报称，予中银香港（02388）“买入”评级，目标价29.6港元。报告指出，此前，中银香港公布，拟逾19亿元（人民币，下同）收购中银国际私行，逾4亿元出售宝生证券。花旗预计，上述交易对中银香港的盈利能力和资本影响非常有限，但因为公司将能够在出售非核心资产的同时扩大其私人银行客户群，对公司自身而言具有战略意义。
