【瑞银降恒隆地产目标价至6.1港元 去年业绩大致符预期】金十数据1月27日讯，瑞银发表研究报告指，恒隆地产(00101.HK)去年基本纯利按年跌25%至31亿港元，逊于预期，撇除减值因素后则为35亿港元，大致符合预期。对于今年展望，集团预期内地租户销售额将温和增长，又预计明年之后的净负债率将会下降。瑞银下调恒隆地产目标价13%，由7港元降至6.1港元，又下调集团2025至27财年的盈测10至25%，以反映预期内地发展项目的价格和销售下滑，以及人民币贬值。
