智通财经APP获悉，正通汽车(01728)涨超13%，截至发稿，涨13.64%，报0.125港元，成交额789.64万港元。
消息面上，正通汽车公布，公司于1月25日与主要股东厦门国贸控股间接全资拥有的信达汽车(认购人)订立认购协议。据此，信达汽车同意以总现金代价约10亿元认购66.69亿股，认购价为每股0.15港元，较上个交易日收市价每股0.11港元溢价约36.36%。公告指出，该认购股份相当于正通汽车现有已发行股本约199.26%，若认购事项完成后，将相当于扩大后已发行股本约66.58%。另外，认购人及其一致行动人士持有8.43亿股份，相当于公司已发行股本约25.19%，若完成后，持股比例将增至不多于75%。
