消息面上，根据香港联交所披露的文件，1月15日，董事长兼首席执行官王旭宁增持JS环球生活2.66亿股，价值约4.04亿港元。1月23日，王旭宁增持JS环球生活1.4亿股，价值约2.23亿港元。两次增持后，持仓比例已升至70.86%。
此外，微信小店“送礼物”再次更新。微信已经将“礼物”功能添加到微信群聊天界面，与红包功能并列。国泰君安指出，多个品牌均已开通微信小店，具有送礼属性小家电品类最为受益。太平洋证券认为，微信“送礼物”功能紧密结合微信的社交属性，庞大的用户群体带来天然需求，功能选择在节日较为集中的年末发布亦享受自然流量加持。看好九阳等率先布局自营微信小店的小家电品牌。
