CapitaLand India Trust (SGX:CY6U) disclosed an independent valuation of its property portfolio at 232.47 billion rupees as of Dec. 31, 2024, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Key properties include International Tech Park Bangalore, valued at 58.87 billion rupees, and International Tech Park Hyderabad at 25.77 billion rupees. Data centers and logistics parks in Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai contributed significantly to the total.
