BUZZ-Crypto stocks fall tracking bitcoin weakness

** Shares of cryptocurrency and blockchain-related companies fall premarket, as Bitcoin falls below $100,000

** Bitcoin BTC=, the world's biggest cryptocurrency, down about 6.3% to $98,547, while Ether ETH= falls 8.4% to $3050

** Crypto exchange Coinbase Global COIN.O falls 6.9%, while Blockchain farm operator Bitfarms Ltd BITF.O down about 4%

** Crypto miners: Riot Platforms Inc RIOT.O, MARA Holdings MARA.O, U.S.-listed shares of Hut 8 HUT.O, and Bit Digital BTBT.O down between 9.7% to 6.4%

** BTC buyer MicroStrategy MSTR.O declines 6.7%

** Canaan Inc CAN.O down 5.3%

** ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF BITO.O falls 5.9%

** U.S. President Donald Trump signed executive order last week creating a new working group to draw up crypto regulations, and explore the creation of a U.S. cryptocurrency stockpile

** Crypto markets have soared since Trump's election on hopes for more favourable regulations

** BTC gained 120% in 2024
